Loving the small town feel and close-knit community, Loni is happy to call Sublette County her home. People here are true blue home town proud.

"I love that it's a small town and it's a wonderful pace of life," she said. Loni is a Wyoming native who moved to Pinedale over 17years ago. She started working with Allen Agency Real Estate in 1998 and fell in love with real estate. She married her true love, Brent in 2006. Now they are the proud parents of Mary Elizabeth born in November 2009.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in her experience as a real estate professional, she also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting her clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been her approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. In addition, she found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything she has always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped her to extend the range of services she provide to her clients.

She received her GRI-Graduate Realtors Institute Designation in 2004 and is working toward designations from Epro and CRS.

Philosophy

Family

Married for just a couple of years, Loni and her husband, Brent, enjoy their family of five dogs, two cats and four horses. They can often be found out and about enjoying everything outdoors that Sublette County has to offer.

Spare Time

Loni enjoys her backyard, participating in Sublette County's many outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, snow machining and backpacking with her husband and their family dogs.

Where she came from

Loni has first-hand knowledge of the area as a native to the land, born and raised in and throughout Wyoming. She has been in the Pinedale area for about 17 years. She grew up in Dubois, graduated from Shoshoni High School and has taken some college classes throughout the years. She never quite decided a career path until she landed a job in real estate about 12 years ago. There she found her true calling in life.
